Children's Program
Building future leaders one belt at a time.

Our children's classes combine a genuine physical workout with the mental skills that make Taekwondo different from every other after-school activity. Students spar, kick, break boards and test for new belts — and along the way they learn how to set a goal and stay with it.
Benefits parents ask us about
- Fitness: strength, flexibility and stamina built through kicking, drills and conditioning.
- Focus: structured classes that reward attention and effort.
- Respect and self-control: courtesy toward instructors, classmates and family.
- Perseverance: belt testing teaches children that progress comes from showing up.
- Anti-bullying confidence: practical self-defense plus the confidence that usually prevents a confrontation in the first place.
How classes are structured
Students are grouped by age and belt level so the curriculum always matches their ability. Classes open and close with a bow, run 45 to 60 minutes, and move quickly between warm-up, technique, forms and partner work.
