When you submit a form on this site we collect the name, email address, phone number, program interest, preferred class time and message you provide, along with your consent selections and the date and time you submitted them.
How we use your information
- To contact you about your inquiry, trial class or enrollment
- To schedule and confirm classes and events
- To send program updates and promotions, if you opted in
- To maintain our student and prospect records
Text messaging consent
If you check the SMS consent boxes, you agree to receive text messages from us at the number you provided. Marketing and transactional consent are separate — you may give one and not the other. Message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for assistance. Consent to marketing messages is never a condition of enrollment.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that operate our website, email and school management software, and only so they can provide those services to us. Mobile opt-in information and consent are never shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Retention and security
We keep inquiry and student records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect them.
Children's privacy
Many of our students are children. We ask that a parent or guardian complete any form on this site on a child's behalf, and we do not knowingly collect information directly from children.
